SocEntAustin? What's the point?
In the spirit of social entrepreneurship, this site was created to serve two purposes:
(1) To be a collection of resources on social entrepreneurship.
-- So first and foremost, the site is intended to be a source of social value.
(2) To be a medium through which social entrepreneurs can learn about my research and contact me if they would like to engage in a very brief chat about their experiences with their social ventures.
-- In this way, the site also provides me some personal "benefit" (for an explanation, please see My research).
